We went on a tour of the hilltop farm (now derelict) owned by Giuseppe M, with a 360° view of just a few hectares of his Clementine Mandarins and Thompson Grapes, designed by a landscape architect. The photo shows where they crushed olives into paste before the first pressing.

Well now we're talking .. vineyards and olive trees. So Italian! Beautiful scenery. You all look like you're having a ball.
